He is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Virginia School of Medicine – Inova Fairfax Hospital Campus in Northern Virginia, enjoys teaching, writing, expert witness work, and martial arts, and is a Senior Associate Chief Medical Correspondent for radio station WVGB FM in Beaufort, South Carolina.
