Proactive Influence Operations & the Broken Paradigm of DIME     I noted a few weeks back I’d have a blog on influence operations.   The reason for this blog post is because I’ve seen the term “influence operations” bucketized into a bin that equates it mostly with psychological or military information support operations (PsyOPs or MISO).   The objective of this post is to provide a different perspective of what influence operations encompass.
