 Understanding Terror and Tyranny

We should not be surprised by the assassinations of Mr. Charlie Kirk or Ms. Iryna Zarutska, nor the prior attempted assassinations of President Trump or Justice Kavanaugh. For the last several years. It was inevitable.

Whether well-known activists, innocent bystanders, or political figures, these horrific events speak to an underlying problem we have purposefully avoided calling out. The terror, violence, anarchy, assault, indoctrination, and radical influence we see today in America is not new. But we must understand how to stop it. This evil we see is fueled by the narratives, polices, issues, and actions of radical left ideologues. There is no morale equivalency in history or today to what the radical left is unleashing.

Their narratives are intent on dehumanizing any opposition. Their policies promote the rights of felons, murderers, rapists, and the like over those of law-abiding citizens. Their issues advance the disruption of societal, scientific, and legal norms by misappropriating fringe elements (e.g., transgenders, pedophiles, drag queens, Antifa) to use as their victims. Their actions abused the trust of the American people to weaponize our national security and legal systems against us. These are not separate events. They are part of a methodical implementation of a well thought out strategy and plan by the radical left in their quest for absolute power.

Despite witnessing what is happening, we have denied what we see. This denial can be explained by applying the Polyvagal theory, a normal psychological reaction that occurs when individuals are confronted with heinous truths or situation – they deny, flee, fight, or shut down. We have mostly denied, but also shut down, based on what we have seen. Denied because it is too evil to think that what is occurring is real. Shut down to avoid being targeted, as others, as we have seen how the radical left threatens, cancels, assaults, intimidates, and attacks others for speaking the truth.

We are not unique in this regard. Similar radicalizations and seizures of power have played out throughout history. You can query multiple platforms or search engines to see this is a fact. Yet, with this historical precedent, what is extremely concerning, but very telling, is the reaction of our leaders. It highlights a major knowledge gap in why this is actually happening. We focus on each act of violence, indoctrination, assault, terror etc. as if they are distinct, separate, events. They are not. We seek God’s guidance in understanding what is happening, yet he has already shown us, taught us, that what is happening is part of a never-ending battle between good and evil.

For example, the level of cognitive dissonance is astounding, given recent recorded history of tyrants like Stalin or Mao, current tyrants like Xi and Putin, and the rapid advancement of radical left progressives, like Mr. Zohran Mamdani or Ms. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Why in hell does anyone applaud, fund, or advance them? Or, for that matter listen to like-minded radical left zealots like Senator’s Sanders or Warren, or Governors Hochul or Waltz? Doesn’t the fact these so-called socialists are all millionaires send signals of massive hypocrisy? We see so many unwilling to call out the evil emanating from these individuals’, and so many more cower from speaking the truth for fear of reprisal.

The radical left leverages years of tried-and-true revolutionary tactics and techniques, hiding behind various veils to cloak their efforts. They use ideology, religion, or issues (e.g., transgenderism, racism, healthcare, immigration, etc.) as the ways to advance their quest for absolute power. The magnetism and seduction of evil is great. We have seen so many souls seduced by the seven deadly sins of pride, envy, gluttony, greed, lust, sloth, and wrath. Rather than fight for what is right, they succumb. But we must ask, why now do we see the level of dehumanization, false narratives, and calls for violence ramping up?

There are two key reasons. First, there is an actual war that is raging, it has been ongoing for over a millennium and will continue. In simple form it is a war between good and evil. It is a Cognitive War –a war that targets the most powerful, yet vulnerable domain, the human mind. History is replete with examples of how evil influenced this domain to advantage its never-ending quest for absolute power and subjugation. The support for Mamdani, AOC, Waltz Warren etc. is exemplary of the success of the radical left. The radical left is demonic, and we must not be afraid to state this as fact. Their success is because the radical left does have a strategy, a plan, and are successfully waging this war on multiple fronts domestically and globally. Until the 2016 and 2024 elections, that strategy and plan were implemented methodically without disruption.

The second aspect is the recent dramatic loss of power by the radical left in the 2024 election. It was unexpected! Their demise was a direct result of the underlying evil (narratives, policies, issues, acton) exposed by accident during their draconian lockdowns and cancel culture in response to the China Flu. Their fury over this loss of power led first to shock, then immediately swung to ramping up their tried-and-true revolutionary techniques – increased radicalization, indoctrination, dehumanizing the opposition, violence, and terror.

Until we understand this is a cognitive war, it will only get worse. Socialism, communism, radical Islam, theocracies etc. are anathema to our Republic’s foundation in freedom, independence, and humanity. They are an affront to God and evil. It is time to call out the false gods they place before us to worship – government, and soulless creatures. Until we understand this, we cannot win.
