We also saw the abhorrent disregard of civil and constitutional rights in the prosecution of hundreds of peaceful protestors in a staged event on 6 January. The investigations underway involving Ilhan Omar could trigger, or be used to trigger, several domestic terrorist events. We must acknowledge, from Ilhan Omar’s own statements, that she hates America, believes her home is Somalia, voiced support for the riots in Minnesota, and can reasonably be considered as a left-wing progressive.
