Emotion vs. Logic in #CognitiveWar – Why Violence,
Assault, Assassinations, etc.?
Why do Democrats (radical left) drive, support, and enable,
support, or say nothing about domestic terrorism, violence, anarchy, assassinations,
and assault? Because these are emotional responses useful to achieve their desired
objective of gaining absolute power. It’s rather simple – as the democrats have
little interest in fact. Fact gets in the way of driving emotion, and the use
of logic would expose the lies and disinformation they push.
In this ongoing #CognitiveWar, we must understand the roles
that emotion and logic play. One triggers, the other enables. Those seeking
absolute power, subjugation, and control understand this and leverage emotion heavily.
While those who seek to advance democracy and humanity leverage logic heavily.
To understand their role in controlling or enabling, we can
look at the basic difference between tyranny and democracy. Without going into
the depths of historical examples, tyranny (i.e., communism, socialism,
autocracy, theocracy, etc.) leverages the emotions of a utopian vision using
ideology, religion, or issue to advance the oppressed to reach new heights over
an oppressor (i.e., capitalist, non-believer, evil). Tyranny uses emotion to drive
the desired action beneficial to the controlling minority. Democracy uses logic
to weigh courses of action, assess risk versus reward, in determining a desired
course of action beneficial to a majority.
Grok, when asked, notes that: Emotion and logic
reflect two fundamental aspects of how humans process and respond to the world:
- Emotion
reflects the subjective, visceral side of experience. It’s tied to
feelings like fear, joy, anger, or curiosity, often driven by instincts,
personal values, or immediate reactions to stimuli.
- Logic
reflects the analytical, structured side of thinking. It’s about reasoning
through evidence, cause-and-effect, and principles to reach conclusions.
Logic aims for objectivity, consistency, and clarity, often tempering
emotional impulses with “what makes sense” given the facts.
- Together,
they mirror the dual nature of human cognition.
Now let’s look at the dictionary definitions from Merriam-Websters
online dictionary:
· Emotion
– a conscious mental reaction (such as anger or fear) subjectively
experienced as strong feeling usually directed toward a specific object and typically
accompanied by physiological and behavioral changes in the body.
·
Logic - a science that deals with the
principles and criteria of validity of inference and
demonstration : the science of the formal principles of reasoning
In simple terms – this is why the radical left uses emotion
to drive reaction. The use of logic is anathema to them. It undercuts their ability
to manipulate. This is why they push the abortion issue at every chance,
demonize their opponents (no matter if they are other democrats who have purchased
Tesla’s, or Christians who are providing aid to others). And this is also why
many Americans are easily swayed in elections to vote for them, as using logic
requires thought, time, and assessments.
Remember this as you watch democrat members congress call
for violence, assault, action, etc. They will not alter their efforts. They may
take more measured efforts, but will always use emotion to control, divide, and
conquer.
