On 19 Oct, Jesse Zhu, the actual controller of the illegal Chinese bio-lab PBI, was arrested in California. According to the complaint, Zhu faces a maximum of three years in prison for the misbranding charge and five years for the false statements charge. Publicly, I’m the first to discover that Jesse Zhu is the CCP’s agent leading the whole transnational business groups, including the dangerous Chinese bio-labs (PBI and UMI) in CA. According to our investigation, Zhu’s business empire has ties with CCP’s United Front Work and Public Security, which are the same departments in charge of the notorious overseas police stations. Jesse Zhu’s business history is disgraceful. For example, Zhu and his companies have stolen patterned reproductive technology from XY LLC, an innovative livestock reproduction industry in Colorado. In the court, XY awarded $8.5M against them. But Zhu managed not to pay it. It’s a common practice in China’s state-backed intellectual property theft. As the Five Eyes countries’ intelligence chiefs addressed in a rare joint statement on Oct 17, Communist China is accused of intellectual property theft and using artificial intelligence for hacking and spying against the nations.

U.S. FBI Director Christopher Wray said the “unprecedented” joint call was meant to confront the “unprecedented threat” China poses to innovation worldwide. “China has long targeted businesses with a web of techniques all at once: cyber intrusions, human intelligence operations, seemingly innocuous corporate investments and transactions,” Wray said. “Every strand of that web had become more brazen and more dangerous.” The Chinese government dismissed those allegations as a “collective disinformation campaign.”

In the report by Epoch Times, another big concern has been raised by Ms. Jesalyn Harper, who is a code enforcement officer with the city of Reedley Fire Department. She discovered and reported the bio-lab case, involving the investigation.

“This could be happening all over the United States,” Ms. Harper said. “It’s been an eye-opening experience, realizing the many cracks in our government for these types of organizations to fall through, and also realizing that the government is not our first line of defense.” Ms. Harper said these types of under-the-radar entities can purchase “a lot of chemicals and a lot of biologicals easily and no one is watching over them to make sure they know what they are doing. We have to make sure these labs are not able to come here until there is oversight.”
