To win the inevitable unrestricted war against the US, Xi-CCP has engaged in total war mobilization. Therefore, Lu advocates a real mobilization to unify thinking among 1.4 billion Chinese people, make them sacrifice willingly, and prepare to fight proactively on the US mainland. More aggressively, Lu brags about the possibility of destroying the US using missiles for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
