Understanding China’s Unrestricted Warfare


In this episode, we provide a strategic perspective, assessments, analysis, and insights to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of Unrestricted Warfare – and what it actually means in today’s ongoing global power competition. This is part of a series of critical ongoing discussions between Dr. Yan and me on Cognitive War – as I engage with her on her weekly program – “The Voice of Dr. Yan,” and her with me here on The National Security Hour. > As the authors note that “non-war actions may be the new factors constituting future warfare, we have to come up with a new name for this new form of war: Warfare which transcends all boundaries and limits, in short: unrestricted warfare.”

> What The Trend to “Kinder” Weapons means in the context of unrestricted warfare.

> What are the cultural impediments in the US that relate to our unhealthy fixation on technology and kinetic solutions – as we continue to be outmaneuvered by China – and what are some possible approaches to resolve this cultural deficiency?

Dr. Li-Meng Yan is a medical doctor, Ph.D. virologist and independent coronavirus expert. She was educated at two top medical schools in China, Southern Medical University and Central South University. She was also a Post-doctoral Fellow in the School of Public Health at the University of Hong Kong (HKU).

Because of her extensive professional network and scientific evidence, Dr. Yan has the distinct on of being the only Chinese insider in the West with firsthand knowledge about the true nature of the virus as well as the CCP’s deceptive methods used to disguise their international bioweapons research.
