In this episode, we are privileged and honored to be joined by author Mr. Michael Walsh as part of my ongoing American Patriot series.

The American Patriot series is intended to bring to our audience – examples of everyday Americans who you may not have heard about but who live the American dream exemplify the impact one individual can have on their fellow Americans and the world, and are true American patriots.

Mr. Walsh is a true American Patriot who’s written six critically acclaimed novels and a hit TV movie with two New York Times best-sellers. His popular columns for National Review under the pseudonym of David Kahane were developed into the book, Rules for Radical Conservatives.

As our audience knows, I focus on strategic issues and cognitive warfare – which, in its simplest definition, can be defined as a battle between good and evil. This ongoing cognitive war – occurring both globally and domestically, is a war that has been ongoing for a millennial or more and which will continue as long as mankind exists. We spoke with Mr. Michael Walsh about his book – The Devil’s Pleasure Palace.

When I read the book, I kicked myself for not having taken the time to read it sooner, as this book brings together an exceptional and truly unique blend of history, theology, and ideology to help us understand this war. In this book, one finds a treasure trove of history, with an exceptional laydown of the left’s radical progressive foundation in Europe, its spread to America, and a wonderful blend of culture and art as examples in providing a truly eloquent description of the ongoing battle between good and evil, and what it means for America and freedom.

In this episode, we discuss three main areas with Mr. Walsh:

Michael Walsh is a journalist, screenwriter, and the best-selling author of sixteen books, whose work includes six novels, ten works of non-fiction, and a hit Disney movie. He was the classical music critic and a foreign correspondent for Time Magazine from 1981-2007 and received the ASCAP-Deems Taylor Award for distinguished music criticism in 1979 as well as the 2004 American Book Awards prize for fiction for his gangster novel, And All the Saints, in 2004. His popular columns for National Review under the pseudonym of David Kahane were developed into the book, Rules for Radical Conservatives. His widely influential books, The Devil’s Pleasure Palace and The Fiery Angel examine the enemies, heroes, triumphs, and struggles of Western Civilization from the ancient past to the present time. Most recently, he is the author of the best-selling Last Stands (2020) and the editor of Against the Great Reset (2022). His next book, A Rage to Live, a Time to Die, will be published in 2024. He divides his time between Connecticut and Ireland.
