Treason, Traitors, and Tyranny – Do Not Repeat the Same Mistakes

An Open Letter to 2024 Presidential Candidates

It astounds me that conservatives believe that “if” they win the 2024 elections that they can reign in the deep state, government corruption, and stop the progressive domestic terrorist attack on our nation.  Whether it be Trump, DeSantis, or other nominee what they all fail to understand is the depth of control that has been layered in over decades not just since Obama or 2016.

Leftists progressive power grab

For over thirty-plus years I warned conservatives of the left’s use of our national security apparatus to subvert conservative administrations, the law, and our constitution. Highly skeptical they were, until the attempted subversion of an elec
tion, then when that failed, the follow-on coup against a sitting president and his staff via the Steele dossier and the likes of Brennan, Clapper, Comey and a litany of DOJ, FBI, DOS, DOD, and other miscreants. And when that failed, the cabal expanded to include Democrats in Congress who knew the lie yet led America through two dystopian Stalinist show trials called impeachment. In parallel, over the last six decades we’ve seen the takeover of truly critical but mundane – or what I refer to as the boring stuff - like school boards, city councils, human resource departments, the education and legal system, and the federal civil service bureaucracy. But now you understand why.

Durham states the obvious but doesn’t act – why?

The extent to which the left meticulously planned and then executed the 2016 election interference, then a coup, then subversion should give pause to all Americans. As it speaks to a level of dystopian desire for absolute power that trumps country, constitution, the rule of law, our civil liberties, and personal freedoms. Evil does exist, and in this ongoing Domestic Cognitive War of terror against America – you are naïve if you think one election, shuffling a few leadership posts, or reducing funding will change things. That is, if 2024 produces a conservative outcome. And that is if the election is ever held.

The Durham report offers a few hints at what we’ve experienced, have seen, yet do not fully believe. Read the report, but a few points.

·         We have a two-tiered justice system – as there was no accountability for totally ignoring the law, as a complicit and corrupt DOJ and FBI not only failed to prosecute their own lemmings and failed to prosecute their leaders like Clinton (illegal foreign election funding, destroying evidence, etc.) – so now that the evidence is likely destroyed – never to be seen again, just like accountability.

·         The DOJ, FBI, IC, DOD, DOS, and other national security elements were, and continue to be, weaponized and politicized for use against we the people.

·         Persecution, prosecution, and felonies for you (Republicans/Americans), but not for me (Democrats/bureaucrats).

·         Law enforcement nor the Intelligence Community had evidence, it never existed, but it didn’t matter as the lies, felonies, perjury, and illegal surveillance was “concealed” behind the green door called “classified.”

What to do?

I have a forthcoming book on Cognitive War, that speaks to a fuller set of solutions to address the ongoing global and domestic cognitive warfare. But time is short, like prior planning by conservatives. So, let me help out the presidential candidates, giving you a few tips from a bureaucrat who spent four decades in national security – so you don’t repeat the mistakes or naivete of Trump[1]. The bureaucracy lives to protect itself, and its leaders who’ve imbedded like ticks on the host – America – sucking the freedom out of our country to feed their growing thirst for power and control, vice service and support. You need to have your plan, strategy, and team built now – as execution must begin a year out.

·         Overhaul the national security apparatus – yes, DOJ, FBI, CIA, ODNI, the rest of the IC, DOS, DOE, and the IC departmental elements. They’re stuck using an industrial age model, as our adversaries out maneuver them in the information age. The primary war is cognitive – not kinetic. The primary enemy is not the people, but our adversaries. Changing out leadership only is suicidal – as the deep state and control run to deep. Overhaul the whole damn factory floor! If you fail here – all else doesn’t matter.

o   One DoD service – not six or seven: DoD move to one service by 2035, integrated, with cross functional domain expertise.

o   Split them up, mix, and shake well – CIA, DIA, ODNI, NGA, NSA – split them in two or three mix together all-source, human, and signals and stand up a completely unclassified version of the same to compete using only open-source materials.

·         Take control of key communication systems – remember Flynn, leaked talks, etc. Do not trust, or verify, take control.

·         Overhaul the civil service and reward system – We don’t need ticks that live off the host of government, we need federal employees that serve the people, not their host the bureaucracy. No seven-year terms for ANY federal agency/department, and every civil servant should be required to move within/external to their agency every three years, max five. No exceptions. Reward for outcomes, not control of power, people, budgets.

·         Prosecute, prosecute, prosecute – Nothing focuses the mind greater than a public hanging. Durham can’t prosecute, his bosses are corrupt, they decline, and precedent would see those cases never reopened. New administration – reopen/open Clinton, Cline, Comey, McCabe, Clapper, Brennan, etc. cases. Accountability is required if we are to be a nation of laws.

o   US Code Title 18 Crimes and Criminal procedure – hint, hint!

§  § 2381. Treason; § 2383. Rebellion or insurrection; § 2384. Seditious conspiracy; § 2385. Advocating overthrow of Government.

§  Abrogation of their oaths of office – includes treason, prison, fines, and precluding elected or official office or positions.

·         Overhaul the Whistleblower Protection Act – it’s useless and self-suicide for any true whistleblower. Penalties must be personal, financial, to include pension and garnishment of pay, along with prison time.

[1] I voted for Trump. He has superb skills in getting things done. But he’s shown he sucks at choosing staff who know how the beast called the bureaucracy runs. He needs a whole new team, and DeSantis/others best learn, or be outmaneuvered again.
