China and the Biden Administration are waging Cognitive War Against America – Edward Haugland talks with Dr. Li-Meng Yan about her life under the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to get her perspective on:
- The potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses of Xi and his tyrannical regime in the cognitive domain
- How they relate to the ongoing global Cognitive War (with China and Russia) and the Domestic Cognitive War (waged by Biden and progressive radical extremists).
- Why the USA lacks a strategy to compete and move from a reactive to a proactive posture in both the global and domestic cognitive war.
This episode is part of a series of critical discussions between Dr. Yan and Mr. Haugland on Cognitive War – as we engage on her program “The Voice of Dr. Yan” and here on “The National Security Hour,” both as part of the America Out Loud Radio Network.
The United States remains reactive, focused on kinetic solutions, failing to define the problem yet seeing technology as the salvation, without realizing the real war, the ongoing war is the Cognitive War – occurring both globally and domestically – is the true existential threat to our Republic and freedoms.
“The Art of War,” by Sun Tzu – written over 2500 years ago, has not substantially changed. War has always been, and will be, focused on the will, the spirit, and the conquest not of territory – but of the human mind, the Cognitive Domain. With the democratization of technology to advance the flow or constriction of information – the art of impacting the most critical domain, the cognitive domain, has reached new levels. While China advances with a well-thought-out, multi-faceted, truly strategic strategy, the US national security apparatus sits, waits, and reacts.
Why do our US military, intelligence agencies, and all three branches of government continue to fail to realize this fact and avoid developing a resilient, truly strategic (100 years plus) strategy and required capabilities and capacity to compete in and win the Cognitive War is surreal, pure stupidity, and likely to end with the advance of evil unless we begin to adjust immediately.
The US strategy must start with how we define the world, as we wish to see it, for the next 100 to 1000 years – free, independent, peaceful, and prosperous. Our leaders must deal with this critical task and reconcile if we are to Keep Our Republic!
