Stopping the Invasion & Cartels the Citizens Commission to Restore America (CCRA): The National Security Hour with LTG Thomas McInerney, Edward Haugland, and guest George McClellan discuss two new CCRA directives involving a collaborative effort to stop the invasion of illegals and concurrently undertake military operations against the Mexican Cartels via Operation Sinaloa.
The Citizens Commission for Restoring America represents a diverse set of citizens who seek to restore America by exercising our Constitutional rights for a limited government such that “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
The mission of the CCRA – To safeguard the American Dream, Constitution, and Freedoms for future generations of Americans by ensuring the resilience and security of our Republic.
CCRA Directive 4-2023 Stop the Invasion states, “we hereby direct that the United States Governors & Speaker McCarthy”
1 – Declaring an invasion – To protect citizens against the ongoing invasion of illegal immigrants and increased crime, death, and violence. This action should include engaging Congress and the Department of Defense to provide for calling forth the necessary Armed Forces to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections, and repel Invasions.” Action must be taken to eliminate the cartels controlling and directing the invasion. This is a National Threat. The State Governors must also act to deploy their National Guard Forces to complement Federal Forces, and instead of Federal action, the states should deploy the National Guard. Our nation cannot afford the financial, legal, social, educational, health, and other costs or accept this invasion’s concurrent violence and deaths.
2 – Execute Congressional and State authorities to fulfill Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution – Article IV, Section 4 guarantees that the federal government shall “protect each [state] against Invasion, and against domestic Violence.”
3 – Execute State and Provide Congressional support to fulfill Article 1., Section 10 of the Constitution – “No State shall…without the consent of Congress,” keep troops, lay any duty (tax) on tonnage, or “engage in War Unless, actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay.”
4 – Execute Congressional authorities to fulfill Article I, Section 8 – Powers of Congress – “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions.–
CCRA Directive 5–2023 Operation Sinaloa states we hereby direct that:
- The Department of Defense and the US Special Operations Command develop and conduct necessary Intelligence and Combat operations to remove and conduct war operations to remove and eliminate the international drug cartels located in Mexico.
- Defense Intelligence Agency, Central Intelligence, and DHS/Border Patrol update all intelligence regarding the Cartels’ disposition and current activities.
- Department Of Treasury tracks financial institutions that facilitate the movement of Cartel funds and global financial operations.

George G. McClellan, a California native, was a Regular Army veteran and served a post-war Korea tour. His post-army professional career covered 43 years in law enforcement, including the California Highway Patrol and the US Naval Investigative Service (NCIS). With the latter, he became a world traveler visiting and working in many countries, from the Philippine Islands to the United Kingdom, Asia, the Middle East, Bosnia, Europe, Russia, and India. He retired from the NIS at Naval Air Station, Atlanta, Ga., and has remained in the north Georgia area since 1990 as a co-owner of a Security Consulting company. He earned a Certified Protectional Professional (CPP) certification from the American Society for Industrial Security and a Fraud Examiner Certification (CFE). He has published a historical biography on a namesake, a John Jacob Astor Fur Company member who explored a route west and back, after Lewis and Clark. Early American history, Celtic influence on America, and conservative politics remain his greatest interests. He is also a bagpiper since 1975. He and his wife, since 1965, now resides in Gilmer County, Ga.
